The service
Castlyte provides a software media player and a user account. Castlyte does not provide, host, sell or distribute any television channels, streams, playlists or media content.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. One account may be used on unlimited compatible devices for personal use.
Your provider
You must obtain lawful, authorized access from a compatible third-party provider. Your provider is solely responsible for its content, subscriptions and stream availability.
Fees
Castlyte access costs $15 USD per year unless stated otherwise at purchase. Fees are billed in advance.
Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Liability
Castlyte is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for provider content, outages or losses arising from your use of third-party services.
