If Castlyte does not work on your device, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
Provider issues
Refunds are not given for problems caused by your TV provider, such as missing channels, expired subscriptions or unavailable streams, because Castlyte does not supply that content.
Castlyte is an independent media player application. Castlyte does not provide, host, sell, broadcast or distribute television channels, video streams, playlists, movies or other media content. Users are responsible for obtaining authorized access from a compatible third-party provider.
