How can we help?

If Castlyte opens and your account is working, but channels, movies, EPG or catch-up are missing or unavailable, please contact your TV service provider. Castlyte does not control provider content, subscriptions or stream availability.

Getting Started

Create your Castlyte account, install the app on your device, sign in with your email and password, then connect your provider.

Android TV

Install Castlyte on your Android TV device, open it and sign in. Use the remote's arrows to move around and OK to select.

Fire TV

Install Castlyte on your Fire TV Stick or Fire TV device, open it and sign in. Back on the remote returns to the previous screen.

Android

Install Castlyte on your phone or tablet and sign in. Turn the device sideways to watch full screen.

Provider Setup

Enter the Portal URL and MAC address given to you by your compatible provider. Your provider may need to register the MAC address first.

Portal Connection

If Castlyte can't connect, check the Portal URL is typed exactly as your provider supplied it, including http:// or https:// and any /c/ at the end.

Playback

If one channel won't play but others do, the issue is almost always with the provider's stream. Try another channel, then contact your provider.

Account & Billing

Plans are $5 per month, $15 per year or $45 lifetime — all with unlimited devices and the same features. For billing questions, open a support ticket and choose Billing.

Troubleshooting

Restart the app, check your internet connection, and use Run diagnostics in the app. Send the report and we'll take a look.
